How to make a request
Email us at Cassiuscuvee@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to use. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, for example by matching details to the email address on file. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request for you; we may ask for proof of authorization.
We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, that collect information about your visit and may make it available to those companies for advertising. Under California law, this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can opt out at any time by:
- clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of our Sites;
- turning off advertising cookies in our cookie preferences; or
- emailing Cassiuscuvee@gmail.com.
9. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Our Sites recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When we detect GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising. Some browsers, such as Brave, have GPC built in; for others you can enable it using a browser extension or privacy setting. More information is available at globalprivacycontrol.org.
10. Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT signals, our Sites do not currently respond to them. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control signal described above.

- Our Sites and products are not directed to children under 13.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use our products.

12. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including:
- serving our Sites over HTTPS (an encrypted connection);
- hosting our Sites with Vercel, which applies industry-standard security controls; and
- using PCI-DSS compliant payment processors, so your full card details are handled by them and are not stored on our servers.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
13. International Users
Our Sites are operated from the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States.
